L4F was founded to help hospitality and service-led businesses handle the parts of running an operation that can become difficult to manage internally: staffing, systems, performance, openings and growth.
Across cafés, restaurants, hotels and independent businesses, the same pressure often appears in different ways: teams need structure, service needs consistency, costs need attention and leaders need time to focus.
We begin by understanding the people and day-to-day reality of the business, then focus on clear, workable changes that help the operation grow with more confidence.

Egle Gomaa.
Egle is a hospitality consultant and operations leader with experience across food and beverage operations, business scaling and service design.
She has supported hospitality businesses through the practical realities of growth: building stronger teams, improving service standards, preparing openings, organising events and creating systems that make the business easier to run.
Her work is hands-on and close to the floor. She looks at what is really happening inside the business, then helps owners and managers create the structure, people support and operational rhythm needed to move forward.
